True elegance.

Nice interior. Clean. Decent size balcony. Clean and nice area. Close to public transport. New building ,good restaurants around, and Bulangeries. We are happy that we chose it. Don't think twice. Take it .

When an open balcony door, industrial/working ventilation noise is coming from a nearby building.

We can't say we're very pleased.

The location of the facility was good, it was also close to 3 metro stations. The apartment was nice, clean, the possibilities were good.

There was a factory next to the apartment and it was very loud. We opened the windows because it was hot, but there was a lot of noise from the outside. We chose the apartment to stay 4 people. Apart from the double bed in the room, the sofa in the hall and the one -man seat in the room was turning into a place bed and it was very uncomfortable. A circle where only 2 people can be comfortable.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood

Very nice apartment, good instructions for self check in, beautiful neighbourhood and about a 10 minute walk to the train stations. Carrefour is close by too. Many things provided by the host were very thoughtful like laundry powder and softener, full kitchen etc.

The sofa/sofa bed was not comfortable. You fall into it when you sit down. There is also no aircon so it was extremely hot (July) and only one fan was provided for the main room. Maybe another fan would have been worthwhile having in the living area for additional guests.

Beautiful apartment but very disappointed with the location at the foot of a active factory

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Fluid exchange with the host.

Unfortunately, we could not take advantage of the large terrace because of the factory located just opposite, at the foot of the building. The constant blower was deafening and we didn't even get talking about. Impossible to live the open windows ... during the heat wave the stay was quite complicated! The two small fans available make more noise than wind ... The sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable ... In short we were very disappointed with equipment especially in view of the displayed price!
